Processing and Handling Time

• Orders placed before 3 PM CT typically the ship same day once payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 3 PM CT typically ship the next business day. Allow up to 2 business days for shipping in rare or exceptional cases.
• Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:

• UPS: Standard and expedited options available.
• USPS: Standard and Priority Mail options.
• FedEx Ground: Reliable ground shipping across the contiguous United States.
• American Power Equipment Local Delivery: Available for select locations near our Theodore and Saraland, AL stores. Contact us for eligibility.

Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware of the following shipping restrictions:

• California: Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship certain products to California.
• Hawaii: Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii at this time.
• International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping.
