The Stihl 33RS 115 is a high-performance chainsaw chain designed for professional applications. This chain is part of the Stihl Rapid Super series, known for its extremely fast-cutting capabilities and smooth, clean cuts in hard and frozen wood. It is optimized for use with higher power chain saws, making it ideal for demanding cutting conditions.
Key Features
- Fast Cutting: The square-cornered cutter shape ensures minimum cutting friction, resulting in extremely smooth and clean cuts.
- Reduced Vibration: Designed to minimize vibration, providing a more comfortable and controlled cutting experience.
- Prestretched Chain: Prestretched before leaving the factory to eliminate excessive chain stretching during the break-in period, reducing maintenance time and component wear.
- Chamfered Rivet Holes: Special machining process ensures smooth rivet holes with no microscopic cracks, reducing friction and stretching.
- Chromed Cutters: Sharpened before assembly, these cutters stay sharp longer and have a filing angle indicator mark on the depth gauge and a wear indicator on the cutters.
- Oilomatic Drive Links: Funnel oil directly to the rivets, reducing friction and wear, and lowering the volume of bar oil needed.
- Hardened Rivets: Enable rivets to withstand high loads.
- Professional Use: Recommended for professional use only due to the potential for kickback.
