The Stihl 32in Rollomatic ES Light Chainsaw Bar is a high-performance chainsaw bar designed for professional woodcutting applications. This bar is part of Stihl's Rollomatic ES Light series, which features a significant weight reduction of up to 30% compared to the Rollomatic E Super guide bars. This weight reduction is achieved by milling long channels out of the center of the solid guide bar and then welding a thin steel plate over the channels using a special laser welding process. This design helps decrease operator fatigue, especially when using longer bars.
The Rollomatic ES Light bar is engineered for use with larger displacement professional Stihl chainsaws and includes a replaceable sprocket nose assembly. This assembly not only reduces wear but also allows for a narrower bar nose, which helps in reducing kickback tendencies.
